We continue to advance in this mid-season stage with the dates of February 17 and 18 at Torrejón Basketball Academy. Below, our FBM results in different formative categories, which we read in #LaCronica:

Second Year Benjamín has been off this weekend and will be off again this February 16th-17th. The category returns to action this March 3rd at 11:15, at the home of Arroyomolinos C.B A. This match, postponed twice since it was scheduled for February 24th.

The First Year Alevín fell to the undefeated leader Alcorcón Basket (81-38) this February 17th at the Los Cantos Pavilion in a dose of reality, after a bad game by the girls. This undefeated team are still on top and we are second, now, with a record of 14-2. We play again this February 24th at 09:00 at Javi Limones against C.B Arganda, and shake off this defeat.

The First Year Girls Alevín with a huge visitor victory in C.B Zona Press (35-55). We continue with a 12-2 record, in second position. This February 24th we will play against Lions Basket Arroyomolinos, at 10:45 at the Javi Limones. On paper, an accessible game since the future rival is last in the standings and without wins yet.

The Second Year Alevín A triumphed on February 17th at Javi Limones (63-12) easily against Valcude Alcobendas B. We continue to lead the standings with a record of 13-1. We will go out to play as visitors on February 24th, when at 11:00 we will play against C.B Coslada A, our closest pursuer, with one more defeat, in second position.

The Second Year Alevín B competed for good moments and for others it went out (69-49) finally falling to Baloncesto Navalcarnero, another direct rival in the area. On February 24th we go to the Javi Limones at 12:30 against Movistar Estudiantes Carrera, a duel that looks complex, since they are first in the table with a record of 14-0.

The Second Year Girls Alevín has had this 14 Game Day a bye week, and we will return to action on February 24th at 1:00 p.m., away against C.B Majadahonda.

The First Year Girls Infantil was able to taste the goal but it did not reach them (26-30) against Colegio Estudiantes Las Tablas. A setback that complicates us, since this rival equals us in record after coming from below. We will meet again with this category in March, since on the 3rd of that month at 11:00 we will play against Mater Salvadoras as visitors.

The Infantil Preferente Femenino have been able to redeem themselves with a great game, finding their way to victory (46-41) against Spinola Chamartín this past February 17th. It will be this March 3rd at 09:00, as visitors, when the girls will compete again. Our future rival will be Humanitas C.D.E, who is below us in fifth position.

The Infantil de Primer Año B had another tough challenge against Olympic Aranjuez in their pavilion (69-31) and could not string wins in a row. This rival was undefeated and now they are 12-0 in the table, while we are 4-9 in sixth position. This February 24th we will go against Baloncesto Navalcarnero at 12:30, at the Javi Limones.

The Torrejón Baloncesto First Year Infantil team came out extremely motivated and is lifting its season, after this new victory (60-16) against C.B Getafe, and continues to extend these good feelings. We raised our mark to 5-10 with this match, and in sixth position. The best of all? There was a double game day this weekend, since last Sunday we also played against Movistar Estudiantes C (25-71) and we beat them at the Caja Mágica, to go 6-10, bravo! Matchday 17 will now be on March 9th, when at 09:00 we will play against Virgen de Atocha as visitors.

The Infantil Preferente could not extend its good moment this February 17, (33-68) against C.B Villa de Valdemoro at the Javi Limones. This February 24th we will return to action, as visitors at 11:00 at the home of C.B Perales A.

Infantil A competed and due to details, as visitors last Sunday, Fuenlabrada B escaped (61-52). Fifth defeat in Bronce FBM, and we have to reverse this when we return to Javi Limones on February 25th. We will play at 5:45 p.m. against Olympic Aranjuez, the leader of the table.

The Cadete Femenino did not look good this February 17th going home to the Carabanchel A District (55-22), being surpassed by them. This February 24th the girls return to the court, at 09:00 at the Javi Limones against memoria S.A.D 08.

Our Blue Cadet 2009 added another important victory (62-27) against Colegio Los Sauces, and rises to sixth position with a record of 5-7. Allen Gervais-led team will play on March 2nd as visitors at Colegio Everest, at 10:00.

Cadete Blanco 2009, on the other hand, failed this February 17th at the home of Olimpico Aranjuez (74-53), and it will be this March 2nd at a time yet to be defined when they face Valdeluz, at the Javi Limones. The category ranks seventh, behind Azul in the table, one game away.

Cadete Baloncesto Torrejón 2008 B added positively (62-49) against Halcones Arroyofresno B, achieving its first victory of the year. Congratulations, group! You deserve it after so much effort and sacrifices in the falls. We are very happy for the group, and now it is time to press the accelerator when we face San Viator C, on February 24th at 09:30 in their pavilion, this being a direct rival in the lower zone.

The Torrejón 2008 A Basketball Cadet has a great moment (55-39) and has won again, at the Nuria Fernández, against the Canillejas Olympic District. We maintain the lead with a 12-2 record, and the next game will be the big game so far this season, against the co-leader Santa María del Pilar A, as visitors at 7:00 p.m. on March 8th.

Cadet B managed to get oil from their day of rest, and had additional energy (56-77) to get ahead against Majadahonda Naranja on February 18th. Already with a 4-1 record, we will play against Baloncesto Alcobendas B, at 11:00 on February 24th in their pavilion. Direct rival with the same record.

Cadete A played another spectacular game in the Gold phase of Liga Ahorramás this February 18th (71-76) but fell against Zentro Basket A, at the Javi Limones. Agustín Sánchez-led men continue to add good feelings, competing against superior teams on paper, and let us remember, we already are with two wins against Movistar Estudiantes as well as Real Madrid. The next game is against a direct rival, Real Canoe A, at 4:30 p.m. at Pez Volador this February 24th.

Junior Masc. Preferential, spectacular again, and we fell short: Another victory (56-72) against Pablo Laso Academy B as visitors, to put us at 15-2, co-leaders in the table. This February 24th at 10:45 we will play against C.B Las Rozas B, who is seventh.

Our Junior B in Silver from Liga Ahorramás could not (93-77) get it going, leaving us at 77 points for the second game in a row, against Alcorcón Basket A. A team who was last with a record of 0-5, in their pavilion. It is time to recover, and go out in front again this February 25th at the Javi Limones, at 1:30 p.m. against Zentro Basket Futures who is third.

Junior A has fallen again (50-69) against Real Canoe A, in a direct duel. A defeat that complicates our chances, and next weekend will also be difficult, since on February 25th we go to Valdebebas at 7:00 p.m. to play against Real Madrid A, undefeated in Junior and also in EBA.

The Under-22 Bronze team ruled again this February 18th against Severo Torrejón, the last in the table (38-58), and maintaining the co-leadership of the table with a record of 15-1. The next game is this February 25th, at 4:00 p.m. at the Javi Limones against Distrito Olimpico, which has a 5-10 record.

The U-22 Gold triumphed on matchday 16 at home, against Virgen de Atocha (68-57), and remains at the top of the standings as well, as Bronze. This February 25th will be the duel for them, at 8:00 p.m. in Madrid, against the Olympic District as well.

The National Senior has had a simply sensational week in the VIPS League. Two wins! We tie the lead, come on! This past February 15th as visitors in Rivas, winning (68-89) against Uros de Rivas, a direct rival. Highlights on the YouTube channel. Jorge Herráiz, offensive leader, and Carlos Abentín present in almost all the plays. Two days later, we received C.B Colmenar Viejo at the Javi Limones and we also pulled this off (86-73). 24 points from Herráiz to once again command the victory. "The boys are doing a great job and we continue to grow with the competition, our focus continues to be the search for our best version for the playoffs", said Jeremías Zuttion, our coach, after this successful weekend. On February 24th, we will visit Spanish Basketball Academy, at an atypical time at 11:30.
