As usual, it is time for the weekly review of how Torrejón Basketball Academy did last weekend. There is certainly a positive balance with more wins than setbacks, in the third and fourth round of the league in some of our categories.

The Second Year Female Alevín will debut in the local league this November 5, against A.D.C Boadilla in the Marco Aldany League.

The Second Year Male Alevín will debut in the league this October 22 as a visitor, against C.B Zona Press in the Marco Aldany League.

Our Infantil First Year Men will debut in the league this October 22 visiting, against Basketball Alcalá C.

Our Women Infantil will debut in the league this October 22 at home, against Basketball Alcobendas B.

The Preferential Yellow Infantil played for the first time this past October 15 and beat C.B Navalcarnero B (46-20) at Sonia Abejón. For the next game day, it will be time to visit C.B Coslada in the morning on October 22.

The Preferred Infantil debuted against Distrito Carabanchel B San Gabriel, and did not reach the win at home (45-59) in a setback that serves to start picking up the pace. We return to action against Refordomus Griñón as visitors this October 22 at 5:00 p.m.

The action returns on October 23 for Infantil A, when they play Basketball Torrelodones A at home.

Our Female Cadet had her Preferential debut on October 15 against Buen Consejo, with a negative balance (22-63). The game started very evenly in the first two quarters, but the lack of experience took its toll on us in the second half, which was -33. Matchday 2 of the league awaits us as visitors against Colegio Alameda de Osuna, on October 22 at 11:15.

Cadete B Preferente lost in their debut against San Viator B (18-69) at Sonia Abejón de Torrejón de Ardoz last weekend. This next weekend we will play against C.D Tajamar A, in Madrid.

Cadete A Preferent played for the first time this October 15 against Eurocolegio Cavsi and defeated them (53-48) at Javi Limones. Good feelings from the boys, before the next game on October 22 at C.B Tres Cantos C.

Cadete B returns to the ring on October 23 at noon, as visitors against Innova-TSN Leganés. Cadet A will be measured this October 23 at Basketball Fuenlabrada A, at the El Arroyo Sports Center. The records of both teams in the League? 1-2 and 2-1, respectively.

There are only victories for our Junior B Preferred, who won against Revolution B (34-70) on the road, and also beat Distrito Carabanchel Amarillo (62-36) at home. We will look to extend the record to 4-0 at the top of the table, vs. Refordomus Griñón.

Debut and victory for Junior A Preferent against Pilaristas, and then another victory over Liceo Francés A (33-62) in Madrid and over Villa de Aranjuez (59-37) at Javi Limones, to top the standings. The last match, you can relive it on the YouTube channel with the best plays.

After the tremendous debut of the Junior Women, in Nuria Fernández winning against Santa María del Pilar, we will play again against San Viator on October 22 at 11:15 in Madrid.

Junior B won again against Valcude Alcobendas and the group wants to link 4 wins in four starts on October 23, when we have to face C.B Zona Press.

Our Junior A had a record of 1-1 in the season, and against Saltium Alcorcón A in their court, on October 16 we won a very important victory (54-57). Our team came out very connected with a partial score of 0-9, but a bad second quarter (26-12) where we were not good on defense, made Alcorcón get into the game. But, a very good second half in defense, leaving the rival team with 19 points in the second half, was the key to take us the victory. This October 23 at Javi Limones we will face Basketball Fuenlabrada A, at 7:30 p.m

U-22 Bronze could not (64-58) against Juventud Alcalá Guadalajara. A bad start for ours who just arrived from training, it is time to work and keep fighting. We return to the frontline against C.D.V this October 22 at noon at Javi Limones.

The U-22 Gold defeated Vírgen de Atocha on October 16 (68-58). In the first half we took a good lead and in the second period they equalized us, at the end of the game we were able to focus again and we managed to get the advantage that allowed us to manage the game until the end.

Finally, the Senior National also got the first victory of the course this October 15 against C.D.V (75-73) with a game to remember for Jorge Herráiz. We tell you everything in the attached press release on the website.
