Another weekend in the books, and another edition of #LaCronica. Your usual summary of what has happened in the most recent match day, for all the categories of Torrejón Basketball Academy on the court.

Spectacular news to begin with, with the first victory of the season for the Alevín Feminino (14-15) in a close match against Recuerdo S.A.D 11 B. Huge, for our little ones. It has been a year of learning and also of constant improvement in each game, feeling better every day on the court until finally achieving the first victory of the course. Illusion intact towards this weekend, where on February 12 we will wait for this rival at Javi Limones. Shall we go for the second? Yes yes.

Alevín Masculine (2011) of First Year fought but yielded (47-77). Match as locals, against C.B Getafe. After starting with a good first quarter in which the score ended with a 10-15 deficit, we forgot to share the ball between us and to make a good defense that characterized us. However, although the level that the rival showed could not be surpassed, we managed to grow within the game showing some excellent final minutes that allowed us to see a good movement of the ball in the last quarter and a remarkable defense. This February 12 we will go to Real Canoe house to seek the next victory.

The Second Year Alevín fell (73-33) as a visitor to C.B Pozuelo A. First match of this phase of the season and first defeat. We will meet at Javi Limones at 11:00 against this same rival, on February 12.

The Preinfantil won with ease (82-53) over the Olympic District at our home in Torrejón de Ardoz. Good victory by a good margin to start this second phase of the season with everything.

Infantil Azul had a difficult day where nothing went to the basket, when they fell (54-3) at Brains Moraleja Blanco house. The next day will be at Limones, where we will seek to wash the face of this hard fall.

For Infantil A there was a postponed day. We will return to action on February 13 against Uros de Rivas A, visitors. V

ery close defeat of the Cadete Feminine (66-64) visiting Collado Villalba, where we lost against Villalba Infinitum Fitness. We will receive this team at home next day. Just our second loss of the year, and the girls promise to shake this off and get back on track.

Cadete Azul (33-55) could not in their duel against Colegio Tajamar. So we started with the first loss this phase of the season. After this crash at Javi Limones, this weekend we have to play a visit to Tajamar, this February 12 at noon.

The Cadete Amarillo (21-66) came with an impact in this away game against GSD Alcalá. After a very favorable start to the game with a first quarter of 0-14, the team knew how to continue maintaining a favorable dynamic, seeking the counterattack as its main weapon and continue increasing its advantage; thus adding the first victory of the second qualifying phase to the playoffs.

The Preferential Cadet (19-71) without problems, during his visit to Colegio Caldeiro in Madrid. Start of the second phase, match carried out and no injured among the comments. We will receive Caldeiro tomorrow at our house, at 1:00 p.m.

It could not be for Cadete Torrejón Basketball B (47-65) against their similar team from Saltium Alcorcón A. Five games and unfortunately five defeats for the team that competes in the special category.

Our Cadet A battled in Magariños (87-67) but it was not enough, and we gave in against Movistar Estudiantes A. Game was broadcasted by our friends of Basket Cantera TV. We will receive this group at Lemons on February 13, to look for the first victory of this second phase of the special Gold Group, of FBM.

The Preferred Junior (75-51) won at home against Arroyomolinos C.B Azul and thus obtains its second victory in a row of this phase. We are provisional leaders in the standings of this FBM category, good one guys.

Also in Junior, Baloncesto Torrejón B (47-93) had no problems dispatching C.B Perales on the last day, on February 5. Next time we will face Arroyomolinos C.B Blanco.

In the Bronze Group of the Junior FBM category, our Junior B won (52-59) over Vírgen de Atocha A. Another win, the third in a row in the league.

Good performance by Junior A at Javi Limones (81-101) after beating Distrito Olímpico B, in the Silver Group. We are 0-3 at this stage, and next weekend we will face the same opponent.

Smiles for the Sub 22 against Coslada (50-67). Good victory for our team based on defense and especially defensive rebounding. The next day we will measure ourselves at C.B Pozuelo, this February 13 at 11:15 in the morning. Our group in Gold is 2-0 at this stage.

Finally, a few lines to the National Senior (58-81) who could not extend the winning path vs. Pinto Basket. Hard defeat of the first team where the break was reached with a difference of 12, but the intensity and physicality of the rival prevailed over our attacks. It is time to keep working and learn from mistakes for the return. Again tied with a 7-7 record in the season, and we are in the mid-table pack, in the general classification of the VIPS First National League.
