End of the year 2021, and the final day of the course to say goodbye to this with good energy. Wishing that Torrejón Basketball Academy returns in 2022 with the best vibes towards podiums, titles, commitment and family work in all our TBS categories. With this message, this is how we begin another edition of #LaCronica, with what has left us the last weekend of action before the holidays:

First Year Female Alevin scored a good ten points (10-61) in the loss at Javi Limones, against Colegio Agustiniano. The girls have not known the triumph yet this season, but each time they are seen to be better understood and having fun on the court. We returned on January 15 in this category, to measure ourselves against this rival, in Madrid.

Great game of the First Year Male Alevín (50-68) in his visit to Majadahonda Blanco, which reinforces the leadership of the table (record, 5-1) in the FBM group. Next year we will measure ourselves at home against this same rival, to close the matchup, on January 15 at a time yet to be determined.

Phenomenal victory for the Second Year Male Alevín (48-50), snatching the victory at home from Villa de Aranjuez by a basket. With this huge win, we become the leaders of the FBM group, with a record of 6-1 in the table. On January 15 we returned, to close the key against this same rival at Javi Limones.

The Pre-infant (25-57) did their homework and defeated Colegio Estudiantes Las Tablas A, as a visitor. Important victory against the testimonial leader, because he has more games played than us, but that we will overcome because we are undefeated with a 6-0 record in the league. On January 15 we will play against Leganés B, to continue looking to be immaculate.

The Infantil Azul was a whirlwind at Javi Limones (70-45) against Colmenar Viejo B, who had no response to the strong pressure defense of our team. Credit to Insa Kane as substitute coach on this day, and the best images can be seen again on our YouTube channel. The category is second in the league, with a 6-2 record, chasing C.B Perales. This will be the crucial game, to try to knock them off the top, next January 15th.

Infantil A looked very good (88-46) against C.B Pozuelo A, and it is cause for celebration. We dominated the game from start to finish, with five players exceeding 10 points. In addition, the points were widely distributed, highlighting the nine triples in the second half, for a total of eleven shots of three points converted. We closed the first phase in Bronze with an overwhelming record of 10-0 and promotion to Silver FBM. The next game will be on January 9, against Basketball Torrelodones A.

The Preferred Cadet defeated Abaco (21-74) in a good way to close 2021. Last game of the year, trying to work and raise awareness for the second phase. We still have two games left, we do not have to relax and keep adding. The team marches first and undefeated with a record of 8-0, with great work from Tomás in the technical direction, and we hope to continue extending this perfect start on January 15, when we face Tres Cantos D.

The Female Cadet fulfilled winning the key of the most complicated of the course (51-45) over French Lyceum. Good start for the girls with a 13-7 run. The rhythm of the game was ours even though the score was even in the first quarter. Marta put in the first basket of the season, the fruit of her work, she gives her reward. Highlighting the performance of Irene with 20 points and Noelia too, who had 2 triples, especially the last one to close the match with victory. We closed 2021 with a 7-1 mark, tied for the top of the FBM group. The team returns to the track on January 15, against Uros de Rivas C.

The Blue Cadet had no difficulties against Majadahonda Amarillo (23-85), ours beating them at home. We are at the top of the group with a 6-2 record to close this year and start next year with the same positive feelings. Day 9 of the league will make us face C.B Pozuelo C, already for the coming January 15 at a time yet to be determined.

Positive point for the Yellow Cadet, who took courage to secure the victory away from home (50-55) over Corazonistas 2006. The group oxygenates and achieved its third victory of the course, to set records at 3-5 and place us in fifth position in the general table. We will return to play against C.B Raíces Ópticas Móstoles Verde, on January 15th.

Defeat of Cadet B (64-45) against a difficult rival and visiting team, C.B Getafe A. Unfortunately, those of Getafe steal our undefeated record in the league, although we are still first and we have advanced to Silver. The next day? On January 9 against Villalba Basketball in our beautiful Javi Limones.

Bittersweet day for Cadet A (73-100), who lost again to Spanish Basketball Academy A, although giving good starting sensations. Good start with a 12-0 run, but defensive relaxation and turnovers got the rival. Coming to the break, both teams very evenly matched, the third of the quarter we continued with the turnovers and the little circulation; the very successful rival went on the scoreboard to end a very even fourth quarter. Highlight the 18 points of Amadou and the 15 of Leonardo. The category returns to the pavilions on January 8, in Valdebebas against Real Madrid A, a rival that took us two defeats this year to continue our journey in the Gold Group of the FBM.

We keep playing and we keep winning, with Junior C Preferential (73-61), after defeating C.D.E Parque Europa at home. Those led by Flavio have done an excellent job and it is another category that does not know defeat yet in the league, scoring a very convincing 9-0. Day 10 of the league will make us face this same rival, but this time in his pavilion, on January 15.

Basketball Torrejón B Júnior had no luck (39-42) and the victory over Revolution B narrowly escaped them. Big game against a rival that is second in the league and the effort should be applauded. We are 1-6 in this category. The next day we will see each other again, in search of revenge, on January 15.

Junior B (52-69) won over Halcones de Arroyofresno, and ends 2021 on a positive note with a 7-3 record in the category. A good victory for our team after going to rest below, but based on effort and great play the comeback was achieved to finish third in the group. We go up to Bronze and we will face Fundal Alcobendas B on January 9, to start 2022.

We lost with the Junior A again against Real Canoe A (68-81), although giving a better face than in the first leg. We planted our foot and another good game from Insa Kane, who returned in record time after a worrying injury. Unfortunately we lose the Gold category and fall to Silver, where the Saltium Alcorcón A awaits us in 2022, on January 9.

The U-22 (72-78) fell to Saltium Alcorcón Basket in a regrettable staging of ours, with an insurmountable 0-15 from the start, to reach a 15-31 with a terrible attitude from our boys. In the second, we put the batteries to go +1 to rest. But after this we paid the effort and lost -6. It is time to reflect and work hard. We are fourth in the Group closing this year, with a 3-5 mark, and we will return to the ring before Olímpico 64 Óptima Dental on January 9.

We won and we liked it, with the National Senior (85-76) over Baloncesto Villalba. A contrasting game for the boys, at halftime great game and very good attacks, for the third quarter after the expulsion of the rival coach to come down. Important two victories in a row to continue on the path. We finished with a record of 5-5, leveled in the tenth position of the table. In 2022 we will return to Javi Limones on January 8, in a match against NCS Alcobendas for those led by José.
