Double header this weekend with a reschedule against Baloncesto Liceo, for our Tecmoon Torrejón squad. Between the two games as home team and visitors, played on Saturday and Sunday for our National Senior, we have brought back a positive balance despite dividing honors, thanks to the final average of points.

Despite a defeat in the first of the double date with some controversy at the end (58-63), this Sunday February 14th we came back in the final quarter on an intense match to force extra time and then beat them (74-84) at their Madrid home.

The always constant effort of Roberto Donaire has been there, with 25 points and 9 rebounds in the win. Also, our guards have been the difference with accuracy near the basket and from the perimeter. Víctor Alonso, second leading scorer with 22 points, and Pablo Rebollo with key threes towards the end of the game shifted the momentum towards our side.

Also we have to highlight our prospect Malique Lewis, barely 16 years old. The precocious six foot eight tall forward from Trinidad in 29 minutes on the court had a contribution of 7 points, 8 rebounds and a great defense that ended up being a factor in our victory.

The table has us in 4th position with a 2-3 record. Tecmoon Torrejón Basket will face the next challenge as visitors, against Saltium Alcorcón Basket, this February 20 at 18:45.
